Born in Denmark, I moved to Australia at the age of 20, where I completed both a Business Degree and a Psychotherapy Degree. I am now based in Bowral in the Southern Highlands and offer both face-to-face and virtual therapy sessions.

As a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience, my work is grounded in trauma-informed care. I have a particular interest in Bowen Family Systems Theory and the dynamics that shape relationships across generations. When working with couples, I draw on the Gottman Method to support healthier communication, emotional connection, and meaningful repair.
My approach is also informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I work holistically and from a strength-based perspective, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe that when people feel genuinely supported, they develop the capacity to flourish.

With experience in Employment Assistance Programs, I understand the impact workplace stress, organisational change, and professional transitions can have on wellbeing, identity, and relationships. My background in business also gives me insight into the pressures many individuals face in leadership and corporate environments.
My philosophy is to empower clients to be in control of their lives, rather than being guided by fear, anxiety, or unhelpful thought patterns. Together, we explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.

I have experience working with individuals and groups, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My aim is to help you reconnect with your resilience, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
